DELIVERY PROCESS

The delivery process for all orders starts after the successful payment of the total amount of the basket by credit card, it is prepared within 2 days and delivered to the cargo company. With our contracted courier company, your orders will be delivered to the delivery address you specified during the order within 5 – 7 days. Shipping is free for purchases of 250 TL or more. You can follow the status of your orders in My Account -> Orders area.

HOW SHOULD I RECEIVE THE CARGO PACKAGE?

Since the cargo company competes with time, it wants to deliver the product and go immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. The cargo form should not be signed before receiving your cargo package.

Before signing the cargo report, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transportation.

If there is any damage to the box and / or the product for any reason, please return your box for a report to be kept to the cargo authority without signing any documents regarding the delivery. The recorded products will be exchanged and re-shipped to you.

Kidzee.com.tr is not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products in case of receipt of the products with damaged boxes.

RETURN

Any problems you may experience with the products you purchase are evaluated by our relevant departments and resolved as soon as possible.

You can return the product you purchased from KidZee within fourteen days in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, without giving any justification and without paying penal terms, within the scope of the right of withdrawal from the contract. It is sufficient that the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal has been directed to us within this period. In this case, the invoice amount will be refunded to the card you shop from or you can get a KidZee gift card for the amount. In order to use your right of withdrawal and refund, you need to send an e-mail to [email protected], your refund request is not received from other platforms. You can send the product you want to return with Yurtiçi Kargo, with which we have a contract with a note including your name and surname, your return request, and Kidtex Tekstil Ticaret Ltd. with the shipment note and invoice by specifying the shipper code 276193097 of our company. If the products are sent in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed within 7 days. The period of reflection of the refund to your account is at the initiative of your bank. General return conditions are as follows;

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. The original box / package is damaged (example: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape are not accepted). Returns of products that have lost their resalability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. You must send a petition containing the original delivery note and invoice (all copies) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.

CHANGE

For a product change, you must send an e-mail to [email protected],

The product you want to change must be sent to any courier company with a note containing your name, surname and your request for change, with the shipping fee covered by you.

Following the delivery of your product to us, after the inspections to be made by our authorities, if there is no definite malfunction or breakdown due to reasons such as usage error, your product will be changed within 10 working days. This period starts when we receive the product you sent for exchange. If the price of the product in your hand is lower than the price of the product to be exchanged, you will be asked to pay the amount in between, and if it is higher, this number will be returned to you. When your change request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the inspections by our authorities, the reason for the rejection of the change is sent and the product (s) you sent for exchange will be sent back to the delivery address you specified.
